AFTER THE INTERVIEW
Call your consultant and give feedback on how
things have gone and also to confirm your interest in the position.
THE JOB OFFER
We hope that by handling your case as we have
suggested you will be a successful candidate. Answer a job offer promptly - probably
an initial reply by telephone is best to save time, followed by a full acceptance in
writing. Do read the offer carefully so that you have no misunderstandings which
will be hard to reconcile later.

If you are not successful, try and learn by your failure. Use an interviewer's or
recruiter's comments to your advantage. Take note if you lack qualifications which
perhaps are still possible to acquire. Remember, everyone is employable but it is a
question of knowledge, experience and personality, and how you portray these factors in
yourself to someone else.
IN CONCLUSION
Do remember that finding new employment is a complex and
time consuming exercise. It certainly requires effort from you the candidate.
If you put no effort in, your chances of success are likely to be poor. If you
are committed to success, work hard and manage your application professionally, you should
get the result for which you are aiming. |
